Error Message Guide

Error Messages
Services History
You will notice that the part is not authentic at Parts and Service History. This happens because only Apple carries genuine parts.
We do not format the iPhone for repairs or replacement.
Battery Change

Battery Change
Authenticity Error
You will get a notice that the part is not authentic, but this important message usually disappears 15 days after the repair. This happens because only Apple carries genuine parts.
However, we always send the customer a screenshot from the computer program showing that the replaced part is at 100% life and has 0 charge cycles (it may have 1 or 3, which are the number of cycles we use during the charging and discharging tests we perform in the workshop).
We do not format the iPhone for battery replacement.
Battery Change
“%” Battery Life
From the XS model onward, when you replace the battery in an iPhone, you can no longer see the battery life percentage on the iPhone itself, but you can from your computer. (It’s blocked by Apple, encrypted by the serial number with the CPU.)
This only apply up to iOS 18, from iOS 18 and after the percentage appear like on the image
You can also check your battery life yourself using these web tools:
– For Mac – Coconut Battery – (we’ll send you the download link)
– For Windows – 3utools

Screen Replacement

Screen Replacement
Authenticity Error
From the iPhone 11-12-13-14-15 models (Mini-Plus-Pro-Pro Max, respectively), the message “Unknown Part” ALWAYS appears when replacing an iPhone screen. (It’s encrypted by Apple using the serial number and the CPU.)
You’ll see a warning in Settings (in red) that the part isn’t authentic, but this message, which appears as important, usually disappears 15 days after the repair. This is because only Apple carries genuine parts.
Screen Replacement
True Tone
To restore the display’s full performance, the True Tone feature also performs a Screen Data Backup (which adjusts the brightness and color temperature of the iPhone screen).
It uses advanced sensors to adjust the display’s color and intensity, as well as adapt it to ambient light, so images appear more natural.

Camera Replacement

Starting with the iPhone 12, 13, 14, and 15 models (Mini, Plus, Pro, and Pro Max, respectively), the message “Unknown Part” ALWAYS appears when replacing the camera module on an iPhone. (It’s encrypted by Apple using the serial number and the CPU.)
You’ll see a warning in Settings (in red) that the part isn’t authentic, but this message usually disappears 15 days after the repair. This is because only Apple stocks genuine parts.
